coaching services. Associates Degree beneficial; 2 year
experience working with intellectually disabled persons
beneficial; High School Diploma or equivalent required.

required. 40 hour work week, including evenings and
weekends. Salary commensurate with education and

CLINICAL EDUCATOR
The Hospital Educator will serve as an education resource for all department managers, and is responsible for Nursing new employee orientation
in collaboration with each department manager, skills validation, development of a preceptor program, coordination of advanced training
requirements, and continuing educational opportunities. The Educator will collaborate with HR on enrichment to all new employee orientation as
well as annual, on-line, and educational requirements, and will be the community liaison with area schools and community colleges for clinical
opportunities. Also functions as a change agent to develop and implement programs that support current best practices in healthcare. Full time
position requires flexibility in hours to meet needs of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing and current RN Licensure, State of Iowa Current CPR, ACLS/PALS/NRP Certification (any combination).
Master’s preferred in related field, BSN with staff development or teaching experience required.
