The following people were booked into the Woodbury County Jail for felony charges or other serious charges, according to Sioux City police records from Sunday, March 3 to Saturday, March 9:

Travis David Jackson, 21, of Sioux City, was arrested Saturday by Sioux City police on felony charges of drug distribution to a person under age 18, possession of marijuana with intent to deliver and a drug tax stamp violation, along with a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Noah Daniel Hallowell, 44, Walthill, Neb., was arrested Friday by Woodbury County deputies on a felony count of operating while intoxicated, his fourth offense.

Heather Kay Shuck, 50, of Anthon, Iowa, was arrested Friday by Woodbury County deputies on a felony charge of probation violation.

Moses James Green, 53, Sioux City, was arrested Thursday by Sioux City police on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated, his third offense, and two misdemeanor charges of speeding and driving while his license was revoked.

Talia Rae Saunsoci, 28, of Sioux City, was arrested Thursday by Sioux City police on felony charges of five counts of credit card forgery and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree theft.

Samantha Jo Cole, 24, of Sioux City, was arrested Thursday by Sioux City police on a felony charge of forgery and misdemeanor charges of identity theft and fourth-degree theft.

Jonathan Patrick Major, 20, of Inglewood, Calif., was arrested Thursday by Sioux City police on a felony charge of second-degree theft.

Solomn Isaac Fischer, 17, of Sioux City, was arrested Wednesday by Woodbury County deputies on a felony charge of second-degree theft and misdemeanor charges of 11 counts of third-degree vehicle burglary, two counts of third-degree theft, five counts of fifth-degree theft, one count of fourth-degree theft, possession of burglary tools and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

Michael Daryl Marshall-Limoges, 16, of Sioux City, was arrested Wednesday by Woodbury County deputies on a felony charge of second-degree theft, along with misdemeanor charges of 12 counts of third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools, two counts of third-degree theft, fourth-degree theft and seven counts of fifth-degree theft.

Carol Bernard Hills, 53, of Sioux City, was arrested Wednesday by Woodbury County deputies on a felony charge of operating while intoxicated, her third offense, and misdemeanor charges of driving while barred and driving while her license was revoked.

Victor Hugo Maldonado, 27, of Sioux City, was arrested Wednesday by Sioux City police on felony charges of possession of drugs, possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and a drug tax stamp violation.

Trina Lee Johnson, 44, of Sioux City, was arrested Tuesday by Sioux City police on felony charges of three counts of forgery.

Andrea Renae Vaughn-Gross, 31, of Whiting, Iowa, was arrested Monday by Woodbury County deputies on a felony charge of parole violation.

Tyler Lee Sloan, 21, of Sioux City, was arrested Monday by Sioux City police on a felony charge first-degree burglary, along with misdemeanor charges of domestic assault and fifth-degree criminal mischief.

Michael Christopher McGarry, 24, of Sioux City, was arrested Sunday by Sioux City police on felony charges of domestic assault and child endangerment without injury.
