SIOUX CITY | Sioux City’s Pumpkin City has moved to a new location this fall while also adding a new Halloween-themed attraction.

Pumpkin City, formerly known as the Garden Market Pumpkin Patch, has moved from Gordon Drive to 2336 Transit Ave.

Owner Ken Allen said he is trying to get the word out so that people don’t think he’s gone.

The business generally sells about a half-million pounds of pumpkin each year.

“We’re still here and going. It’s just in a different place,” he said.

This year also features a haunted forest in addition to traditional painted pumpkins and a hay maze.

Pumpkin City is open from noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. The entrance fee is $3.
