12 ice cream sandwiches
1/2 carton vanilla ice cream
1 jar (16 ounces) hot fudge topping
1 container (12 ounces) Cool-Whip
1 cup chopped salted peanuts
Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover with layer of ice cream (1/2 inch to 3/4 inch). Pour hot fudge over ice cream. Top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Freeze.
