Gus Demetroulis works at Milwaukee Wiener House in Sioux City in this 1972 photo. Demetroulis, whose funeral was Monday, co-owned and operated the business for decades. He came to Sioux City as an immigrant from Greece, escaping civil unrest that plagued the region following World War II.
