1 1/2 cups sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 eggs, beaten

1 cup pumpkin

1/3 cup water

1 3/4 cup flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Cream together sugar and oil. Add beaten eggs, pumpkin and water. Mix well. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix flour mixture into creamed mixture. Add 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 1 large loaf or 3 small loaves.
