1/2 C. cream cheese

8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 C. milk

1/2 C. favorite beer

1 1/2 tsp. pepper

2 green onions, sliced

3 slices cooked crumbled bacon

1 bag Rold Gold Pretzels or crackers/chips

Place the first 5 ingredients in sauce pan over low heat. Stir and heat until smooth. Add bacon and all but 1 tsp. of the green onion into the dip. Place in heat proofed serving bowl and top with remaining green onion. Serve with the pretzels or crackers/chips.
