1 cup butter, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups blueberries or cranberries, dusted with 2 tablespoons flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin pan with paper liners.
In a mixing bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. In a separate bowl, combing flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the butter mixture gradually. Fold in berries. Bake 25-30 minutes.
