1 pkg. (5 oz) Au Gratin Potatoes

1 can (11 oz.) whole kernel corn drained

1 can (10 oz.) Rotel Mild Tomatoes

2 C. water

2 C. milk

2 C. cubed Velveeta Cheese

In a sauce pan, combine contents of potato package including the sauce, corn, Rotel and water, mix well.  Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Add milk and cheese. Cook and stir until the cheese is melted. yields 6 servings.
