1 1/2 C. flour

1/4 C. sugar

1 Tbsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

2 eggs, slightly beaten

1/2 C. margarine or butter, melted

1/2 C. milk

3/4 C. chopped unsalted dry roast peanuts

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine eggs, butter and milk and add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Fold in peanuts. Fill greased or paper lined muffins cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
