1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 (14.5 ounce) beef broth

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained

1 1/2 cup picante sauce

1 cup uncooked spiral or small shell pasta

1 medium green pepper, chopped

2 teaspoon chili powder 

Toppings: shredded cheese, tortilla chips 

Cook beef, onion and garlic until meat is done. Add broth, tomatoes, picante, pasta, green pepper and chili powder. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until pasta is tender. Garnish with toppings.
