3/4 cup milk 

1/2 cup pumpkin pie filling

4 eggs

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 

9 slices of Texas toast 

Preheat an electric grill to 350 degrees. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, pumpkin, eggs, brown sugar and spices until well combined. Pout into a shallow dish. Spray griddle. Dip bread into egg mixture, allowing a few seconds to absorb moisture. Cook until golden brown on both sides. 

Serve warm with butter and maple syrup.
