1 loaf French bread

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

1 egg

2/3 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup cracker crumbs

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

3/4 tsp. Accent

1 Tbsp. prepared mustard

2 cups Velveeta cheese, grated

Slice french bread lengthwise. Brown and drain ground beef. Mix with the rest of the ingredients and put half on each half of bread. Put on heavy aluminum foil and fold up around the bread. Bake for 30-45 minuted at 350 degrees.
