3 lbs. venison short ribs

1 Tbs. salt

1 quart water

1 tsp. paprika

1 large onion, chopped

1/2 C. ketchup

1/4 C. vinegar

2 Tbs. water

2 tsp. chili powder

3 Tbs. bacon drippings

Soak ribs in salt water solution for several hours or overnight. Wash ribs after soaking and parboil in pressure cooker at 10 pounds pressure for about 30 minutes. Remove and place 8in a frying pan.

Mix together the last 7 ingredients; pour over ribs. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour or until the meat is tender and browned.
