Dark red and entrancingly mysterious, this blackberry cocktail is the perfect Halloween punch bowl. Use an entire bottle of port and adjust the recipe accordingly to turn this into a punch bowl.

Ingredients

2 ounces ruby port, preferably Fonseca Bin 27

3/4 ounces bourbon, preferably Bulleit

1 ounce fresh pear juice

2 blackberries, muddled

3/4 ounces fresh lemon juice

1/4 ounce agave syrup

Grapefruit peel, to garnish

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
