SIOUX CITY | Two California residents were arrested Tuesday on charges related to two recent burglaries in Sioux City.
Police believe Jerardo Ceja, 30, and Marianne Wiseman, 45, are also involved in a number of other burglaries throughout the Midwest.
Early Tuesday, Sioux City Police responded to a commercial alarm at the Half Moon Bar and Grill, 714 South Lewis Blvd., where a forced entry was discovered and items were removed. No suspects were located.
Three hours later at 10:33 a.m., police were called to a burglary in progress at Jim's Lounge, 4505 Stone Ave., and Ceja and Wiseman were apprehended.
Investigators believe the two are connected with numerous other burglaries throughout out the Midwest.
