SIOUX CITY -- After 2.4 inches of snow fell on Thursday, more snow is expected to be on the way Friday.
Brad Adams, a meteorologist with the Sioux Falls National Weather Service, said another band of snow is expected to arrive in Sioux City Friday afternoon and linger through the evening hours.
Total snow accumulation on Friday could be as much as an inch.
Friday's high temperature is expected to be around 11 degrees. The low temperature Friday night into Saturday morning is forecast at a chilly -3 degrees, which could drop to -15 degrees with windchill.
Saturday's temperature looks to be similar to Friday, with a daytime high of 10 degrees and a low temperature Saturday night of -5 degrees.
