SPENCER, Iowa | Four people were arrested on a variety of drug charges after police officers attempted to serve a Clay county arrest warrant at 118 1/2 East Park St. Apt. A.

When serving a warrant for third burglary on Stephanie Odom, 34, of Spencer, investigators saw drug paraphernalia around the residence. 

Odom was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine (class B felony); failure to affix a drug tax stamp (class D felony); two counts of possession of  controlled substance (serious misdemeanor); and drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor).

Edwin Gonzalez, 53, of Spencer, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine (class B felony); and drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor). 

Dianna Payne, 29, of Spencer, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver methamphetamine (class C felony); possession of a controlled substance (serious misdemeanor); and drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor).

Jarrod Bandow, 42, of Sheldon, was charged with drug paraphernalia (simple misdemeanor).

All of the subject were transported and booked into the Clay County Jail.
