SIOUX CITY | The fourth annual Iowa Women Lead Change (IWLC) Leadership Conference will be held Feb. 15 at the Sioux City Convention Center.

The theme of this year's conference, which is sponsored by Mercy Medical Center, is Siouxland Women (And Men) Lead Change: Better Together.

IWLC considers 2018 an important year to move the conversation forward around issues facing women and men in the workplace. IWLC chief executive officer Tiffany O'Donnell said in a statement, "IWLC remains laser focused on leadership development for women. We realize we have male allies who want to help us achieve that mission. They must be part of this conversation and, hopefully, attend the conference."

The conference will offer three speakers who educate, challenge and inspire. Iowa Economic Development Authority director Debi Durham, a former president of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce, will return to Siouxland to open the conference with a keynote. Prior to her presentation, she will appear at a sponsor-only breakfast reception. Other speakers include nationally known inclusion and diversity expert Dr. Steve Robbins and extreme athlete, Athena Award winner and CNN Hero Robyn Benincasa.
