SIOUX CITY | A Sioux City man has pleaded not guilty to inappropriately touching a young girl and a woman with an intellectual disability.

William Bowles, 45, entered his written plea Wednesday in Woodbury County District Court to single counts of second-degree sexual abuse and third-degree sexual abuse.

According to court documents, Bowles inappropriately touched an 11-year-old girl on Aug. 1 while she was sleeping at a home in the 2800 block of West Fourth Street.

He is also accused of touching a woman with an intellectual disability sometime between June 1 and July 4 at a cookout in the 1500 block of West First Street.
