HINTON, Iowa | Police said a Le Mars, Iowa, man drove Tuesday with a suspended license while carrying methamphetamine.
Timothy Kenneth Orban, 41, faces a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance, third offense, and misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
Orban was stopped by police Tuesday morning at the intersection of County Road K-42 and Juniper Avenue east of Hinton, Plymouth County deputies said in a release.
Deputies found Orban was driving without a license and had methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in his possession, the release said.
Orban bonded out of the Plymouth County Jail later on Tuesday.
