LINN GROVE, Iowa | A Remsen, Iowa, man faces criminal charges for taking a hunting blind and all-terrain vehicle.

Andrew John Vaske, 32, was charged with two felony counts of second-degree theft and a felony count of third-degree burglary. 

Vaske stole a Yamaha four-wheeler and a portable hunting blind from a property on 50th Avenue near Linn Grove, the Buena Vista County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Monday. 

The theft happened between Nov. 26 and 27. The items were each worth about $2,500, the statement said.

Vaske was released on bond.
