SIOUX CITY | A man sought by the U.S. Marshals Service Northern Iowa Fugitive Task Force was arrested late last week.
The Marshals Service reports authorities arrested 38-year-old Justin Thomas Thursday after they received information he could be staying in Windom, Minnesota. Thomas was found in Windom staying with a friend.
Thomas was wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections for violation of his parole. He was on parole for sexual assault and is a sex offender.
Authorities say he was taken into custody without incident.
The marshals service had requested information on Thomas' whereabouts last week.
