STORM LAKE, Iowa | A man faces criminal charges for stealing a lottery ticket from a Storm Lake, Iowa, convenience store.

Kevon Spratt, 19, was charged Sunday with felony lottery fraud and a misdemeanor interference with official acts.

Spratt stole a lottery ticket from Dyno's Store, 1201 E Lakeshore Drive, on Sunday afternoon, police said in a statement. Police say surveillance footage from the store shows Spratt stealing the ticket.

He was arrested about 20 minutes later in front of his residence in the 800 block of East First Street, police said.
