Andres I. Milian, Jr., 20, of Sioux City, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2017 at an assisted living facility in Sioux City.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 4 at the Cathedral of the Epiphany with burial to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 3 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel with family present at 6 p.m. and a vigil service will begin at 7 p.m. Online condolences may be offered to the family at www.meyerbroschapels.com. Andres was born on June 18, 1997 in Sioux City to Andres I. and Liliana (Zavala) Milian Sr. He received his education in the Sioux City Public Schools, graduating with the Class of 2015 from East High. Andres was regarded by his family as their angel. He loved music, spending time with family, especially during outings.
Andres is survived by his father, Andres I. Milian Sr. of South Sioux City; mother, Liliana Milian of Sioux City; sister, Vianca M. Milian and brother, Marco A. Milian, both of South Sioux City; maternal grandmother, Rosie Sanford of Sioux City; paternal grandmother, Adelaida Mendez of Gainesville, Ga. and paternal grandfather, Antonio Milian of Los Fresnos, Texas.
Andres was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Ricardo Luna Zavala.
