SIOUX CITY |  A Sioux City man has been arrested on multiple sexual abuse charges, after police said he performed criminal actions with two preteen children.

James L. Hall, 35, was charged by the Sioux City Police Department on Thursday with two counts of second-degree sexual abuse.

According to court documents, Hall between March 15-20 performed sex acts with a 10-year-old boy and for more than two years had sexual contact with a girl who is 12 years old. Those acts reportedly took place at Hall's city residence.

Hall was held Friday on $100,000 bond in Woodbury County Jail.
