WINNEBAGO, Neb. | Terry K. Lyons, 50, of Le Mars, Iowa, formerly of Winnebago, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars following a brief illness.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Ho-Chunk Center in Winnebago, with Morgan Earth officiating. Burial will be in Winnebago Tribal Cemetery. Visitation will begin today and will continue until service time Saturday at the Ho-Chunk Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Winnebago Wake and Burial Program.

Terry was born on Nov. 16, 1963, in Winnebago, the son of Kenneth Lyons and Sandra Tebo Lyons. He had lived in Le Mars for many years. He was employed as a laborer all his life.

He leaves behind his father; his siblings, Gay M. Lyons Grau of Winnebago, Kent K. Lyons of Macy, Neb., Carisa J. Lyons Ortiz of Topeka, Kan., and Karl F. Lyons of Sioux City; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother.
