There are people who think the younger generation will never amount to a hill of beans.
I beg to differ. I and my neighbor are both unable to get out and clean our sidewalks and driveways like we could years ago due to disabilities. One recent morning at 4 a.m. I heard a noise outside my bedroom and when I looked out, his twentysomething neighbor was shoveling his driveway. No one had asked her, she took it upon herself. A nice gesture for sure.
A couple hours later, my neighbor across the street finished his driveway and, without even stopping to rest, proceeded across the street and did all of my snow removal. A young man in his early 30s. And this after working all night.
