Job Opportunities: We have immediate opportunities to escape the ordinary in North Sioux City, South Dakota. In one unique position, you will work with customers over the phone with questions regarding a loan or other financial inquiry. You will be the friendly personality who helps to gather some clarifying information using the computer. It will be up to you to correctly transfer the call to a certified loan officer or other representative as needed. In another position, you will work with customers over the phone with questions regarding their wireless cell phone service. You are the friendly personality who problem solves and finds an insanely great resolution. You will also upsell products and services and earn commission!
