Madison Braun had 14 points, Lexi Ackerman 11 and Sydney Hupp 10 in a game where Morningside hit 12 three-pointers.
Morningside patrolled to the free throw line 33 times, converting 25 while Saint Mary only attempted 12 free throws in the game.
Paige Muhammad was one of three Flames in double figures with 15 points while Pilar Aldrich, a Winnebago graduate, had 14 and Justice Ross 13.
