SIOUX CITY | Saturday afternoon, the Sioux City Musketeers announced the trade of forward Mathieu De St. Phalle to the Omaha Lancers.

In return for De St. Phalle, the Musketeers received forward Aaron Grounds, along with the Lancers’ second and sixth-round picks.

De St. Phalle contributed one goal and five assists in 20 games for Sioux City. He was among the team’s top scorers on the power play with a goal and two assists.

Grounds, a 6-foot-2 left-handed shooter from White Bear Lake, Minn., had one goal in eight games for the Lancers. Prior to joining Omaha, Grounds played in 18 games for the North American Hockey League’s Minot Minotauros, where he had a goal and an assist.
