DENVER, Colo. | Becca Latham provided a match-high 14 kills and also shined defensively with four block assists while leading Denver to a 25-14, 25-17, 25-21 Summit League win over South Dakota Sunday afternoon.

Cassie Baird added nine kills, 16 digs and two block assists for Denver (14-5), which forced a three-way tie with South Dakota and North Dakota State for second place in the Summit League at 5-2.

Meagan Kerns hit .353 while recording nine kills for South Dakota (11-8). Hayley Dotseth, the reigning Summit League offensive player of the week, also added nine kills while setter Brittany Jessen finished with 27 assists.

Reigning Summit League defensive player of the week Anne Rasmussen paced the Coyotes with 17 digs while Jessen and Mehana Fonseca each contributed nine.

Kelly Law and Elizabeth Loschen each recorded one solo block and one block assist for South Dakota, which will play at Western Illinois Friday.
