SIOUX CITY | After a wet beginning to the week, Siouxlanders can expect sunny skies and pleasant temperatures.
Sioux City received 1.50 inches of rain on Monday to bring its two-day total to 1.64 inches. Some light drizzle continues to hang around this morning, but by late afternoon, skies should be clearing, according to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls.
Tuesday will remain on the cool side with a high temperature of 65 degrees.
The rest of the week calls for beautiful fall weather with partly cloudy skies and highs in the 70s. Lows will be in the 40s.
The week also will be dry, with the next chance of rain not arriving until Sunday afternoon.
