SIOUX CITY | It would be wise for trick-or-treaters to wear sweats or other warm clothing under their costumes tonight.

After highs in the low 40s across the region throughout the day, the temperatures at 6 p.m. are forecast to be in the upper 30s with winds at 10-15 mph.

Fortunately, Tuesday morning's chilly temperatures in the teens won't be repeated. Temperatures aren't expected to drop below 30 degrees tonight.

The rest of the week will be dominated by mostly cloudy skies with high temperatures bouncing around from the low 50s on Wednesday and Thursday to the 40s on Friday, back into the 50s on Saturday and possibly the low 60s by Sunday.
