Part-time Office manager Buena Vista University’s Career and Leadership Development Office is seeking an energetic, flexible, student-focused individual to provide part-time administrative support to the areas of Career and Leadership Development, Recreation Services and Student Activities within the division of Student Success. The successful candidate will have a broad variety of responsibilities including management of day to day administrative activities in the office and managing financial transactions/budgets. Requires ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, administrators, and faculty in person, by telephone, and in writing. Attention to detail and the ability to work within a team environment are essential. Familiarity with word processing and data management (Microsoft Office) software highly desirable. Associate degree or 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative assistant position preferred. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
