Explanation of significant increases in the budget:
Regular General Levy includes all existing services as well as the addition of one Maintenance Worker. Transit and Emergency Levies includes all existing services.
Civic Center Levy are 71% of the total subsidy. Insurance and Police and Fire Retirement Levies includes all existing expenses. In prior years, fund balances have
been utilized to reduce the tax asking related to FICA and IPERS. The FY 2021 tax asking is still below estimated expenses.
