MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are a non-union facility searching for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor,
this is a Full-Time salaried position for Quality Food Processors in Denison Iowa.
Maintenance supervisors are scheduled for a 5 day work week. Maintenance
supervisors report to the maintenance manager and will direct maintenance crews
in the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment used throughout
the plant, utilities, and engine room. Oversees the maintenance of production to
reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flows and production lines running
at maximum efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications:
• High School diploma and 2+ years of verifiable maintenance experience.
• Spanish as a first or second language is a plus.
• Previous experience with ammonia refrigeration, high-pressure boiler, compressed
air, mechanical, welding, fabrication, plumbing, or electrical is a plus.
• Knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes (E-maint) software,
preventive/predictive maintenance, inventory, and scheduling, preferred.
• May be required to work long hours and weekends during these rare 6th and 7th
day overtime pay applies.
