SIOUX CITY | Don Bouge will be the director of performance training at The Arena, a new Sioux City sports complex, when the facility opens in 2019.
Bouge is a certified personal trainer, speed and agility coach, and certified nutrition specialist. He moved to Sioux City in 2017 from Phoenix, Arizona, and currently works as strength coach for CNOS in Sioux City, placed at East High.

Since 2005, Bouge has developed and implemented strength programs for several high school and college programs and private clients. Private clients have included NCAA Division I athletes and professional athletes.
"Coach Bouge is a welcome addition to our Arena staff," executive director Dustin Cooper said in a news release. "He is a national brand who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion in the area of performance/strength training. His capacity to develop sport-specific programming and ability to motivate and establish relationships will ultimately benefit Siouxland athletes."
