Terra cotta tiles on the south side of the building's exterior were in immediate danger of falling down to the ground and there several additional areas where cement grout was missing on the decorative tiles.
Authorities found the 58-year-old woman on the kitchen floor and pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say she had been using an oxygen machine for medical purposes when an unknown ignition source caused an explosion and fire.
The family was at an event in October 2018 when an estimated 60 mph wind gust tore the inflatable from its moorings. Officials say the 2-year-old boy and his sister were thrown about 120 feet. He died; she suffered a concussion and a broken arm.
