1 C. sugar

1 egg

1/2 C. oil

1 C. mashed banana

3 Tbs. milk

2 C. flour

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. soda

1 C. chocolate chips

1/2 C. finely chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar, egg and oil. Beat combine bananas and milk in small bowl. Mix dry ingredients. Stir by hand into creamed mixture. Alternate with banana mixture until flour is just moistened. Stir in chips and pecans. Turn onto a greased pan. Bake 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
