4 eggs

2/3 C. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp nutmeg

2 2/3 C. milk

1 tsp. vanilla

1 C. blueberries; cleaned and drained

2 Tbsp. orange juice

3 Tbsp. confectioners sugar

9 inch unbaked pie shell chilled

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs and stir in sugar, salt. nutmeg, milk and vanilla. Pour into pie shell and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted in pie comes out clean. Let cool. Mix blueberries, orange juice and confectioners sugar. Spoon over custard before serving.
