1 lbs. ground beef
2 C. water
3 C. medium noodles, uncooked
1/2 lbs. (8 oz) Velveeta cheese cut in chunks
1 - 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. pepper and salt
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in water, bring to a boil. Stir in noodles. Cover and simmer on medium to low heat for 8 minutes. Add Velveeta cheese, soup, pepper and salt. Cook for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and mixture is well blended, stir frequently until ready to serve.
