1 1/2 cup canned or cooked pumpkin

1 cup brown sugar firmly packed 

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon all-spice

2 tablespoons molasses

3 large eggs

1 cup evaporated milk 

Combine pumpkin, sugar, salt, spices and molasses. Beat eggs until light; mix with milk. Add liquid ingredients to pumpkin mixture. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared unbaked pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
