First layer

1/3 C. butter; melted

1 C. sugar

4 eggs; beaten

1 C. flour

12 oz. chocolate syrup

Beat all ingredients together. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees

Second layer

1 C. butter; softened

4 C. powder sugar

1/4 C. creme de menthe

1 tsp. peppermint extract

2 Tbsp. milk

Mix together and spread over cooled brownies.

Third layer

12 oz. chocolate chips

4 Tbsp. salad oil

Microwave until chips are melted. Mix and spread over second layer and refrigerate.
