1/4 C. onion

1/4 C. butter

1 lbs. ground beef

2 C. tomato juice

1/2 C. rice

1 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 tsp. chili powder

1 C. spaghetti sauce

Saute onion in butter until clear. Add ground beef and cook until done and drain. Add tomato juice, rice and seasonings. Cook until rice is done; adding a little water if needed. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
