1 egg; slightly beaten

2/3 C. flour

1/4 tsp. salt

Mix together to make a soft dough. Cover with a damp cloth for 5 minutes. Roll out very thin on a floured board. Sprinkle dough lightly with flour while rolling. Cut into thin strips. Let dry. Drop in chicken or beef broth and boil for 5 minutes. If you freeze the dried noodles, put noodles into broth without thawing.
