1 qt. vanilla ice cream, soften

1 C. pumpkin

1/2 C. brown sugar

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix all ingredients together and put in a graham cracker crust. 8x8 inch pan Sprinkle crushed graham crackers lightly over the top and freeze.
