4 1/2 C. diced rhubarb

1 1/2 C. sugar

4 1/4 Tbsp. flour

1 1/2 c. brown sugar

1 1/2 C. oatmeal

2 C. flour

1/4 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 C. melted butter

Combine rhubarb, sugar and 4 1/2 Tbsp. flour and put in a 9x13 pan. Combine the remaining dry ingredients and stir in butter. Sprinkle in rhubarb mix. Bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes.
