15 oz. can salmon

1 egg

1 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce

1/4 tsp. pepper

1 Tbsp. chopped onion

1/2 C. soda cracker crumbs; divided

2 Tbsp. butter

2 Tbsp. salad oil

Drain and remove bones from salmon. Chop with a fork. Add egg, 57 sauce, pepper, onion and 1/8 C. crumbs. Blend well. Form into patties and roll in remaining crumbs. Fry in butter and salad oil until brown and crisp. Serve on a buttered hamburger bun.
