SIOUX CITY -- Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants and Hearing Services plans to open a new clinic in Morningside next month.

The clinic will open at the Midlands Center, 4301 Sergeant Road, by mid-November.

The clinic plans to offer all of the same services as their Dakota Dunes location, including evaluation and treatment of a wide variety of ear, nose and throat disorders, speech pathology services and allergy testing and treatment. The audiology department will be called "The Hearing Place" and will focus on hearing loss and treatment options. Future plans also include a walk-in clinic at the Morningside location for ENT services.

"We surveyed our patients and found that half of them preferred a Sioux City Morningside location," said CEO Ashley Mozak. "Our physicians are always looking for ways to better serve the people of Siouxland, and in this case it meant coming to them."

Dr. Thomas Kenny, Dr. Sarah Powell, Dr. Reason Ford and Dr. Stephanie Burger all plan to see patients at the location, as well as their nurse practitioners, audiologists and a speech pathologist.
